A documentary about the aftermath of the Agos daily (newspaper of Armenians in Turkey) chief editor Hrant Dink assassination will be shown in Istanbul, Today’s Zaman reports.

The film directed by Umit Kivanc will be shown at the Istanbul Technical University on Thursday night.

Hrant Dink was assassinated on January 19, 2007 in Istanbul by a Turkish nationalist near his office.

Agos was the first newspaper published both in Turkish and Armenian in Turkey. The daily is aimed at development of the dialogue between Armenian and Turkish communities. Dink’s articles were also published in Zaman and Birdun dailies.
