
The second wave of global crisis is still under way, IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn stated, noting the current economic recovery process is too unstable and should be treated with prudence.
According to him, the cheap money flowing into developing countries constitute great danger to global economy, and central banks should not hurry to restrict financial assistance programs.
