RA Defense Minister to visit Istanbul

RA Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan will arrive in Istanbul on Feb. 4-5 to participate in informal meeting of Defense Ministers of states sending troops to Afghanistan (International Security Assistance Force — ISAF).
Afghan defense minister and UN Secretary General’s representative in Afghanistan will also attend the event, RA Defense Ministry press service informs NEWS.am.
In the course of the visit Ohanyan intends to meet with his counterparts and visit Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople.
Yesterday, February 2, RA Defense Ministry press service neither confirmed nor refuted the fact of Ohanyan’s visit.
