NKR to compensate citizens' valueless deposits

February 4, 2010 NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on advance compensation of valueless deposits to investors of “Artsakhbank” CJSC in 1993.
Under the decree, the Government is instructed to provide the advance compensation of depositors, born before 1965 as well as those died defending NKR and war disabled of group I, NKR President staff Inofrmation department informs NEWS.am.
