Armenian ski racers make début in World Championship

The FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championship 2010 opened in the Mont Blanc, France, Sportinfo.am e-source reports. Armenian sportsman Yura Manunkyan also participated in the event. Among 128 participants, Armenian ski racer took the 52nd place in slalom (1.59.74m) and ranked 77th in giant slalom (2.50.10m), International Ski Federation website informs.
Secretary General of Armenian Ski Federation (ASF) Gagik Sargsyan is content with the results taking into account the fact that Armenian ski racers make their début in the World Championship.
