The Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) member states are to hold meetings in Baku, Azerbaijan, on October 21-22. Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu confirmed his intention to take part in the meeting. According to the Turkish Deputy Prime-Minister Cemil Cicek, Davutoglu will address the Armenian-Turkish Protocols signed in Zurich October 10.
Meantime, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Spokesman Elkhan Polukhov stated yesterday it is still early to speak of the Turkish Foreign Minister’s visit, as the Turkish side has not officially reported which Turkish officials will be included in the delegation. “The invitations were sent to all the foreign ministers of the organization. It is unclear, however, which officials will form the delegations,” Polukhov said.
As RA Foreign Office Press-Secretary Tigran Balayan told NEWS.am it is unclear which of the officials will be included in the Armenian delegation.
