November 10, OSCE mission held a preplanned monitoring in NKR-Azerbaijan contact line near Horadiz settlement.

The monitoring group from NKR defense army side was headed by OSCE Personal Representative of the Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.

No violation of cease-fire was registered in the course of monitoring. The OSCE group was escorted by NKR Foreign Affairs and Defense ministries’ representatives.
