OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs will visit the region newly to agree on the date and location of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents’ next meeting, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stated.

RA President Serzh Sargsyan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev agreed to meet in November end. Armenia protracts the negotiation process returning to the principled agreed heretofore, Mammadyarov outlined.

According to him, Azerbaijan does not plan to open talks to say it does so and expects concrete results from Presidents’ meeting.

Recently, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan said only NKR status is discussed in the course of the talks. According to some Armenian analysts, Armenian side rightfully consolidates its position and tries to put forward Karabakh status issue.
