Another earthquake was registered in Turkey’s Van Province on Wednesday at 12:32 pm local time.  

The epicenter of the magnitude-4.1 tremor was located at the bottom of Lake Van, 2.2 kilometers beneath the surface, Hurriyet daily of Turkey informs.

The major earthquakes that hit Van on October 23 and November 9, 2011, had claimed 672 lives and injured more than 6,000 people.
