YEREVAN. – Even though the ruling coalition’s Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) is trying to show that it is in an unwavering battle against the coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) for the forthcoming National Assembly elections, in reality it has agreed to assume the role of the small brother, Hraparak daily writes.

“In different communities where the prefects are RPA members, their deputies are designated PAP [campaign] headquarters chiefs so that the voting process and distribution of the votes are held ‘fairly.’

And as such, it is decided [to allocate] 35-percent votes to the RPA, 25 percent to the PAP, and the remaining, to the others,” Hraparak writes.
