YEREVAN. - All Armenians are educated but that still does not mean they are experts, there is a shortage of specialists in the market, the head of labor rights office, lawyer Arthur Sargsyan told reporters on Friday.

According to him, employers do not want to spend additional funds to improve the skills of employees. They want to hire skilled and experienced experts.

“Education is not enough to find a job,” Sargsyan said.
