YEREVAN.- Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received on Monday Germany’s Minister of State Cornelia Pieper.

During the meeting Minister Nalbandian stressed that Armenia and Germany have recently expanded cooperation in different fields, adding that the opening of a German language educational center in Yerevan will give an impetus to development of bilateral relations.

The sides discussed the bilateral issues, developments in the South Caucasus and adjacent regions, Armenian foreign office reported.

They also touched upon Armenia-EU relations. Minister Nalbandian briefed Cornelia Pieper on recent developments on the Karabakh peace process.
