Armenia partakes in Open Government Partnership conference

The Open Government Partnership (OGP) international organization’s annual conference was held in Brasilia on Tuesday and Wednesday. Armenia’s official delegation, led by Deputy FM Ashot Hovakimyan, and the country’s civil society representatives also attended the event.  

In the Conference’s session devoted to the South Caucasus countries, Hovakimyan introduced Armenia’s OGP Action Plan.

In his presentation, Ashot Hovakimyan focused on the Plan’s main provisions, and Armenia’s commitments assumed along the lines of the OGP.  

Also, Armenia’s Deputy FM stressed the effective cooperation between the country’s state agencies and civil society representatives.
