PACE head to hold meetings with Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations

20:16, 23.04.2012 Region: World News, Armenia, Azerbaijan Theme: Politics

The PACE bureau has not yet made decision on resumption of a sub-committee on Nagorno-Karabakh, head of organization Jean-Claude Mignon said on Monday.

He said that plans to hold meetings with the heads of Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations “to enter into an intelligent dialogue” to discuss further actions.

Jean-Claude Mignon will also hold a meeting with the French representative of the OSCE Minsk Group to see how the process is developing.

The head of PACE stressed that the meetings will be held as soon as possible, but taking into account the Armenian delegation’s involvement in the election campaign, the meetings may be held in June.
