Fatal road accident in Yerevan

YEREVAN. – The driver of an Opel Vectra hit four people on a street in Armenia’s capital Yerevan, on Wednesday at around 10pm, and one of them died. 

All four had sustained injuries and were taken to hospital, where one of them, Arevhat Davtyan, 51, did not regain consciousness and lost her life, Police Press Service informed Armenian

The Opel Vectra involved in the accident was found at an intersection on Thursday at 12:15am while the driver surrendered to the police at 12:50 am. 

An investigation is underway.
