PACE observers to arrive in Yerevan

Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) delegation of 24 members headed by the Baroness Nicholson (Great Britain) will arrive in Armenia and on May 4 to 7 will monitor the parliamentary elections along with the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, European Parliament and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) observers.

Prior to monitoring, the delegation will meet with the representatives of the political parties participating in the elections, Central Electoral Commission and mass media.

Council of Europe Venice Commission expert will provide a legal support during the visit.
