Alibaba buys back its shares from Yahoo!

Chinese Internet company Alibaba has agreed to buy back its 20% shares from the Yahoo! company. As a result of the deal Yahoo! will receive $7.1 billion.

Terms of the transaction provide to pay $6.3 billion to Yahoo!, as well as $800 million worth shares of Alibaba, Lenta.ru reports referring to the AFP.
