YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party (RLP) is dissatisfied that it received a mere five percent in the parliamentary elections, because it has a greater number of Party members than the actual number of votes it received, RLP MP Ishkhan Khachatryan stated during a press conference on Monday.

In his words, now they have toughened the party membership procedure.

“Those 170,000 members are RLP members in spirit and in view, but we commenced a membership procedure for more devoted party members,” Khachatryan noted, and underlined that the Party will undergo a refining.

To note, the 170,000-member RLP received around 83,000 votes in the aforesaid elections.
