Don’t try to find me on Facebook - Armenia’s Chief of Police

YEREVAN. – Police of Armenia should be presented in the virtual world as well, Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan told Armenian commenting on rumors that Police tries to control Armenian segment of Facebook.

Asked whether Gasparyan himself is signed in the social network, Chief of Police recommended not to search him in vain, as no one can ever find him, while, instead he can find anyone.

Rumors have been circulating that lots of policemen have signed in the network, Hraparak newspaper claims. The goal is to control over human’s behavior in the social network and disclose aggressive challenges earlier.

To note, the innovation has also been discussed during the visit of foreign experts recently to police. However, no additional information is available on the meeting, the newspaper writes.
