Russian regional authorities wish to maintain interethnic stability
June 10, 2012 | 21:51 Armenians and the other nations live in Russia’s Kuban city for centuries, and the local authorities intend to maintain this order. As Yerkramas newspaper of Russian Armenians informs, this is noted in the statement released by the administration of Krasnodar Oblast (Region).
“Maintaining good neighborly relations is the guarantee for and priority of the Region’s prosperity and wellbeing,” the statement reads.
It is noted that Kuban authorities are prepared to maintain the interethnic stability and to continue the battle against those newcomers who “not always behave as courteous guests.”
