Armenian President congratulates Russian colleague, PM

YEREVAN. – Armenia’s President, Serzh Sargsyan, issued congratulatory messages to Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin, and Premier Dmitry Medvedev, on the occasion of Russia Day, the national holiday of the Russian Federation.

In his message to Putin, Sargsyan stressed that the Armenian-Russian ties are developing in the spirit of allied cooperation. In his words, the effective political discourse and the strategic interstate partnership enable to achieve significant results.

And in his message to Medvedev, Armenia’s President noted that both countries are united by strategic allied relations, which are characterized by political dialogue and close partnership.
