The third solo album of Serj Tankian Harakiri is the singer’s best work after SOAD’s Toxicity in terms of songwriting, vision, and execution, ARTISTdirect says.

The expert says with his new album Tankian “has crafted a classic”. “Once it hits on July 10, 2012, rock ‘n’ roll may never be the same,” he says.

Harakiri is scheduled for release on July 10.
