Apple Corporation succeeded in banning temporary the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smart phone sales in the United States through court.

“Apple has made a clear showing that, in the absence of a preliminary injunction, it is likely to lose substantial market share in the smartphone market and to lose substantial downstream sales of future smart phone purchases and tag-along products,” iPhoneRoot.com reports.

The Apple gave $95 million as bail, which will be paid to Samsung Company, in case the court decides to cancel the ban over Galaxy Nexus sales.

As reported earlier, California Court cast verdict on banning temporary the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales in the States.
