Former PACE rapporteur on Armenia John Prescott left £52,000 of credit card bills during nine-month tenure as a Deputy Prime Minister of UK.

The expenditure occurred after he left his post in the Labor cabinet. His opponent Bob Neill revealed the details answering to the question of MP Sir Alan Beith, The Daily Mail reports.

The bills include dinner in a restaurant, a £547 excursion on the London Eye, a hotel bill of £3,253.

John Prescott himself refused to comment on the bills, but sources close to him say he had no access to the credit cards.
