YEREVAN – Opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) held a consultation on Monday. The beating in Harsnakar Restaurant Complex and its results were discussed during the consultation.

Taking into consideration the fact that the Parliamentary Factions were offered to address statements to Herman Van Rompuy during the consultation it was decided to address a question to the President of the European Council. In its statement ANC talks about the March 1 events of 2008, when 10 people were killed on the streets of Armenian capital, and asks what steps the EU intends on conducting in order to reveal the events of Match 1.
