YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Minister of Defense, Seyran Ohanyan, on Friday received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Robert Bradtke (US), Igor Popov (Russia) and Jacques Faure (France), and Personal Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, who have arrived in the capital city Yerevan on a regional visit.  

During the meeting the parties discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict’s settlement process, MOD press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am

And upon the Co-Chairs’ request, Armenia’s Defense Minister presented the current situation at the conflict’s line of contact, reflected on the recent escalation of tension and the cease-fire violations that have become more frequent, and highlighted the need for undertaking confidence-building measures.
