YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan left on a working visit for UK on Thursday.

Sargsyan will attend the solemn opening ceremony of the London Olympic Games on Friday and will participate in the reception given by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the same day.

Within the frameworks of the working visit, President Sargsyan will also participate in the receptions organized by the British-Armenian community and church council, as well as the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund UK office.

Armenia will be represented by 25 athletes at the Olympics.
