YEREVAN. – In response to granting pardon to the Azerbaijani murderer, Armenia should file a lawsuit to Hague court for Turkey’s and Azerbaijan’s crimes against the Armenian nation, the Forum of Armenian Associations of Europe (FAAE) statement reads.

The Azerbaijani actions during the whole XX century should be considered as a program of genocide, the consequences of which include depopulation of the Armenians from Nachijevan, as well as the war in Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh].  In addition, actions by the Azerbaijani and Hungarian authorities should be appealed in the European Court of Human Rights.
