LOS ANGELES. – Azerbaijan jeopardizes the regional stability with militant statements and increasing military budget, Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian said in Low Angeles on Monday.

The Minister stressed that Azerbaijani provocations on the line of the contact, ceasefire regime violations, and periodical vandalism acts against Armenian cultural heritage. In addition,  propaganda of hostility towards Armenia and Arstakh [Nagorno-Karabakh] jeopardize the regional stability, ministerial press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“Azerbaijan not only ignores calls of the world community, but also takes new steps continuously, which rudely violate values of civilized world,” Nalbandian said adding the recent step by Azerbaijan which shocked the world community was the extradition of Azeri killer Ramil Safarov [he murdered Armenian lieutenant Gurgen Margaryan in his sleep in Budapest] from Hungary to Baku, where the killer was made a hero and granted a pardon.
