Armenia’s Delovoy Express newspaper received a certificate of honor from the Government of the Russian Federation (RF).   

RF Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Tuesday signed a decree on presenting awards to several foreign media outlets.  

In line with the decree, Delovoy Express (Armenia), Chanel 9 television (Israel), Lilith monthly (Latvia), and Russian International Radio in Slovakia, have been awarded for their contribution to preservation of the Russian language and consolidation of the compatriots living abroad.
