YEREVAN. – A 2.7-magnitude earthquake occurred, on Wednesday at 2:05am local time, at the Armenia-Nakhichevan border zone, fifteen kilometers northwest of Kajaran city, Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations National Seismic Protection Service informs.    

The tremor’s hypocenter was ten kilometers beneath the surface, and it measured 3-4 magnitude at the epicenter area.

According to preliminary data, the underground shaking was felt solely in Kajaran, where it measured 3.
