Popular singer famous for his role in Notre-Dame de Paris musical Garou gave a concert in Moscow.
Armenian by origin, Garou was born in Canada’s Sherbrooke. He recalls how his grandma taught him Armenian, Yerkramas reports.
“When greeting grown-ups, you must be polite,” she said.
It was his grandma who taught him to sign. She was confident that once his voice “will make numerous women cry.”
Garou is a pseudonym, meaning “monster” translated from French. Young musician used to give concerts in one of the Quebec clubs where he attracted attention of one of the authors of Notre-Dame de Paris musical.
