YEREVAN. – An Azerbaijani citizen Telman Aliyev, who crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on Monday early in the morning, has much likely lost his way due to the fog.

According to information available at the moment, the shepherd was searching his cattle and after losing his way, he appeared in the Armenian territory. His identity is being clarified in details at the moment, but he is already known to have difficulties in speech and hearing. He is likely to be deaf.
