Armenian ruling party delegation to attend German party congress

YEREVAN. – At the invitation of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) of Germany, a delegation from Armenia’s ruling Republican Party (RPA) will attend the CDU’s 25th congress, which will be convened from December 3 to 5 in Hannover. 

German Chancellor Angela Merkel will address the congress, RPA press service informs.

Within the framework of its visit, the RPA delegation members will meet with CDU’s several senior MPs and discuss the CDU-RPA interaction along the lines of the European People’s Party (EPP), the cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and the regional political developments.
