STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan, who was accompanied by NKR senior officials, on Friday visited the capital city Stepanakert Memorial, in connection with the 24th anniversary of the Spitak Earthquake in Armenia, and laid flowers to the monument of the victims of this great natural disaster, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informs.
