YEREVAN. – An Armenian delegation led by Minister of Emergency Situations, Armen Yeritsyan, arrived in NATO Headquarters Monday on a working visit.
At the Headquarters, Yeritsyan met with Ambassador Stephen Evans, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Operations, Armenian MFA press service informs.
The parties discussed the Armenia-NATO cooperation in emergency planning and crisis management. Also, Yeritsyan presented the activities toward the establishment of Armenia’s Crisis management Center, and the future plans.
In addition, the “Allies+Armenia+Partners”-format session was convened on the same day, and it brought together around forty representatives from NATO member and partner sates. Armen Yeritsyan delivered a report during the event and, subsequently, a short vide clip was shown that was devoted to the activities of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations.
