Turkey’s President Abdullah Gul and Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan have issued Christmas messages to the Christian world. 

In Gul’s address, it is noted that all citizens of Turkey, and regardless of religious affiliation, live on the basis of respect and love, CNN Turk reports.  

Erdogan’s congratulatory message states that the respect toward the groups belonging to different religions and cultures in Turkey is always maintained, and this will continue.
