YERERVAN. – The three presidents of Independent Armenia will welcome the New Year in the country. 

First President, and opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) leader, Levon Ter-Petrosyan will spend the New Year at home, as always, ANC spokesperson Arman Musinyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Second president Robert Kocharyan likewise will celebrate New Year at home, together with his family, Kocharyan’s office manager Victor Soghomonyan informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

Third president, and ruling Republican Party leader, Serzh Sargsyan—who will run in the presidential elections to be held on February 18, 2013—will welcome the New Year at home, together with his family members and close friends, as usual. Sargsyan had told this to Armenian News-NEWS.am during the New Year and Christmas reception, which he recently held at the Presidential Palace, for members of Armenia’s mass media.
