World-renowned Armenian rock musician, and former lead vocalist of System of a Down, Serj Tankian will support Armenia’s opposition Heritage Party Chairman Raffi Hovannisian in the presidential elections that are slated for February 18. 

“Hope you’re enjoying your holidays :) It’s extremely encouraging seeing a presidential candidate in Armenia, like Raffi Hovannisian, the 1st foreign minister of Armenia, talk about the need to preserve Teghut forest and the environment. Equitable economic progress for all can co-exist with environmental sustainability and ecological responsibility,” Tankian wrote on his Facebook page.
