YEREVAN. – A 33-year-old K. M through his Kam Kamik page on VContacte social network has uploaded and disseminated pornographic content. Moreover, he has also uploaded 5 child porn videos, Ararat and Vayots Dzor regions First instance Court informed the Armenian News-NEWS.am, adding that the case is investigated at them. 

The young man is charged with the Article 263: Illegal dissemination of pornographic materials or items; Point 1: Illegal manufacture, sale as well as, dissemination of pornographic materials or items, as well as, printed publications, films and videos, images or other pornographic objects, and advertising, and point 2: Forcing minors to get involved in creation of software, video or film materials, pictures or other items of pornographic nature, as well as presenting children’s pornography through computer network. He is released on bail.
