YEREVAN. – Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Monday received Ambassador Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, the Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy at NATO. 

Nalbandian noted that relations with Armenia and NATO are developing and the proof of this is the high-level mutual visits that were conducted in 2012, Armenian MFA press service informs. 

In her turn, Ambassador Grabar-Kitarović stated that NATO underscores its cooperation with Armenia in terms of ensuring international security, and the country’s contribution to the peacekeeping missions in Afghanistan and in Kosovo.  

Edward Nalbandian noted that Armenia looks toward deepening political discourse with NATO, and underscored the ongoing cooperation within the framework of NATO.   

Upon the request of the guest, Armenia’s FM presented the most recent developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
