“If the offers are accepted, I am confident the ad hoc committee will be set up,” he said.

On March 15 Armenian parliament’s committee on legal affairs unanimously adopted draft decision on creating an ad hoc committee to study the March 1 events during which 10 people were killed. Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan offered the parties to discuss offers with ANC and come to an agreement by the time of next four-day parliamentary session.
