STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President Bako Sahakyan on Friday met with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

The Presidents discussed the interrelation between the two Armenian states, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informs. A special attention was paid to the economic cooperation and the development of the financial and banking sectors.

Both parties stressed that the continuous expansion and deepening of economic ties was among the key preconditions of progress in Armenia and in Artsakh, and in increasing the efficiency of utilizing the existing internal potential.

NKR PM Ara Harutunyan, Armenian Central Bank Chairman Arthur Javadyan, and several other officials also attended the talk.
