On May 4 the students of Lebanese Holy Spirit University of Kaslik held a Day of Armenian culture. The event was supported Haigazian University of Beirut and the Armenian Embassy in Lebanon, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed Armenian News - NEWS.am.

The Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharyan and the Haigazian University Student Life Director Antranig Dakessian spoke at the opening of the Day of Armenian culture.

Ambassador Kocharyan in his speech focused on the history, culture, and art of the Armenian people. In his turn, Antranig Dakessian mentioned the contribution of the Armenian community in Lebanon to the development of the historical relations between Armenia and Lebanon.
