Through oil trade, Iran’s economy succeeded in surmounting the difficulties.

Robert Beglaryan, an Armenian member of the Iranian parliament, told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am, reflecting on the imposing of sanctions upon Iran’s national currency.

In his words, Iran had faced economic difficulties back in 2012, when the Western countries entered several limitations into force.

“The sale of oil to foreign countries encounters difficulties in connection with the dollar. But, nevertheless, the difficulties were managed to be overcome to some extent by way of oil trade,” Beglaryan noted.

“In a foreseeable future, it will also be possible to withstand the new difficulties. The Iranian government will have to find and apply new ways of surmounting them,” the Iranian-Armenian MP added.
