YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan arrived at military hospital where he visited Artak Budaghyan, commander of N military unit.

Artak Budaghyan was wounded on Sunday night in a shootout near the house of Syunik Region Governor Suren Khachatryan. His brother Avo Budaghyan, the former Goris mayoral candidate, was killed. The scandalous incident resulted in a dismissal of Governor Suren Khachatryan.

Talking to the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent after the meeting, spokesperson for the defense minister Artsrun Hovhannisyan said Ohanyan had been out of the country and visited the hospital as soon as he arrived in Armenia.

The Minister had a short conversation with Budaghyan.
