YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Education Minister Armen Ashotyan has sent a letter to rectors of the Armenian universities offering to provide tuition fee discounts for the students from the communities affected by hailstorm.

“Taking into account the situation, I suggest that the students from 22 communities affected by hailstorm will be granted tuition fee discounts,” he said in a letter.
