YEREVAN. – Along with their passports, the Armenian citizens will be given a personal Email address.  

Armenian Government Deputy Chief of Staff, the Open Government Partnership initiative’s Armenia coordinator Tigran Gevorgyan, noted the aforesaid during the Open Government Partnership-Armenia international conference on Friday.   

In his words, all state notifications will be delivered with this address.

The drafts of legal acts are designed in order to implement this program, and these drafts will be submitted for approval by the relevant authorities.

In line with the agreement that is reached with the European Union, once the pilot program is launched, this system will be implemented all through Armenia.   

The program is planned to be completed by the end of this year.
