YEREVAN. – Georgian-Armenian activist Vahagn Chakhalyan on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against Georgia’s President Mikheil Saakashvili, ex-PM Vano Merabishvili, former Environment Protection and Natural Resources Minister Goga Khachidze, and MP David Bakradze       

Chakhalyan himself told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He noted that he charges these persons with making baseless accusations against him.

First, Chakhalyan demands the issuance of a refutation and a statement that the disseminated information about him was not true. Subsequently, the Armenian activist demands and an apology and a payment of moral damage in the amount of 22 million laris (approx. $13,364,747).
