YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met with well-known Estonian-Armenian writer Goar Markosian-Kasper.  

The writer is in Armenia along the lines of the “Everyone Goes to [Armenia’s capital city] Yerevan” public diplomacy mission program. 

“You enjoy a prestige among the readers, and we are all looking forward to your new works,” Sargsyan noted, welcoming Markosian-Kasper, the Armenian Government press service informs. 

In her turn, the Estonian-Armenian writer informed the PM about her ongoing activities toward the publication of her new novel and about her future plans. 

Subsequently, the interlocutors discussed the present-day situation in, and the prospects for, Armenia in the cultural domain. They also reflected on the developments that are taking place in the world in the arts.
